Registration

Conference attendees are strongly suggested to complete the online registration process. In the online registration system, basic information including name(s), email(s), address(es), and other information is required.

Payment method

Registration fee must be paid online by major credit cards (VISA and Master Card) through conference website.

Registration Fee

Registration fees vary according to different types of registration, General and Student. Also there is a difference between early bird registration and late (on-site) registration.

Full Registration: covers attendance at the conference, conference proceedings, refreshments, two lunches and banquet.

Partial Registration: covers attendance at the conference, conference proceedings, refreshments, and two lunches except banquet.

Online Registration

On-Site Registration

Registration on site is available during the Conference. Registration Desk will be open in the venue. It is recommended that all participants stop by the registration desk upon their arrival at the venue to collect their conference materials. Our staff will be pleased to help with all the participants’ inquires.

Registration Policy for Presenting Authors

Authors with accepted academic paper(s) are required to register at the Conference to get the paper(s) published in the Conference Proceedings. Only registered authors are entitled to present their paper(s) at the Conference and the number of presented papers is limited to 2 for each registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent to the Conference Organizing Secretariat directly in writing. Payment information, registration type and names, as well as the signatures of the attendees are required in the cancellation letter. The letter should be delivered at the Organizing Secretariat before September 10, 2017 for refund process. The Conference Organizing Secretariat will retain 30% of the original registration fee for the process. However, substitutions of individuals attending are accepted up to September 10, 2017.

Invitation Letter

Conference attendees should consult the local embassy whether the invitation letter is required to apply for visa to South Korea. Please check the Visa Information in About Jeju tap for the details of visa requirements. To obtain the invitation letter, please contact the ISSS-2017 secretariat via ISSS-2017@mail.kssc.or.kr.
